i totally agree with you - i loathe the fall/winters in vancouver! so depressing! but WOW what awesome finds - and these jackets are cheap too!?!?! a dream! i like the Lady Jacket and the Stunning Modern Jacket. now if only i could find something at this price at Artizia!
um... i'm seriously consider getting a jacket from here because even including shipping, it would be cheaper than the aritzia jacket i want. have you ever ordered from here before? do their sizes fit small? for example, you know how a small at Jacob is not really small for asian body types, but a small at Aritizia is definetely small ;)

Hey, if you were considering ordering from efashionlane, DON'T.
In real life their jackets are totally different from the Photoshopped pictures. I received a cheap, ill-fitting product in the wrong color, supposedly because the color I ordered is out of stock (it's still offered on the website, however). After three weeks and two e-mails, I finally received a reply offering 25% off on my next order.
I sent three more e-mails and after more than two months have still not had a response. I am stuck with poor-quality, overpriced merchandise I did not order and do not want. The site's excuse for customer service is a joke and needless to say I will never order from them again. Neither should you.
Hey there, was just wondering if anyone else had the same experience as "Courtney". I've been wanting to shop here but I'm not sure whether to trust it. Someone else contradictingly said they shop there all the time with no problems, yet I see "Courtney"'s comment everywhere on reviews for this shopping site. Anyone else have experiences with it?
Hey! After writing that post, I did some more research on the site, and it does seem like some have had issues while others have not. I guess it's buyer beware as no online retailer is perfect, but if you're going to buy something from there, I would use something with a good protection policy, like PayPal.
Warning this site is a scam. After a month of placing my order I still have not received the dress I ordered nor have I received any response to comments, emails, and calls I've placed to this company. I had to call my bank to issue me a refund for the item I purchased. I'm trying to save everyone the problem I had to go through so please spend your hard earned money on a reputable company.
