Normally this is a strictly fashion and beauty blog, but fashion can include home fashion can't it? If home is where the heart is, then having a stylish home is just as important as having stylish shoes... well, maybe not as important. Having recently gotten my first long-term apartment, my eyes have been opened to the possibilities of home decor! However, shopping for home decor still isn't as fun as shopping for clothes, mostly because it tends to be require more handiness on my part to install - lessons on how to use a hammer anyone?? Currently my windows are covered by the utilitarian venetian blinds provided by my building and while they serve their purpose in keeping out light and prying eyes, they are downright boring! I'm not sure if I'm allowed to install curtain rods in my place, but if I am, then I would love to install these beautiful Carmenes curtains from Anthropologie. These gorgeous curtains are made of soft cotton, are machine-washable (though I wonder if they would plug up a machine?) and feature the prettiest soft grey and gold floral motif. Prices range from $126.15-$151.90

Don't particularly care for the print design of these curtains, but do agree that fashion should include home fashions! Why not be fashionable in all areas of our lives?
Great Post!
