Today I feel like being silent. When I was in Thailand I met a man on a train who had just been at a Buddhist retreat where all he did was meditate and clean. It seemed a nice existence. Some people detox their bodies, but how many of us detox our souls? My life has changed so much since this time last year. Has it improved? Am I a better person for all these changes? Sometimes I don't even want to think about it all.

Girl, I know what you mean about just "being." Sometimes the best thing for yourself is to be quiet and just let your thoughts go where they may. PS - I love the red skinny belt over the cardi!
I totally understand what you mean. I have thought about going to one of those retreats-ok, maybe not Thailand, but the silent ones...just to see and clear my mind.
