As anyone knows, I'm a sucker for skirts with pockets! I'm not sure why it's so satisfying since we all wear pants with pockets and nobody goes around clapping their hands with joy over that. My head looks like I'm 15, but my outfit is thankfully more sophisticated than I was at 15. The skirt is actually too big and just hangs on my hips, but you can't tell really in this photo. Formerly fitting skirts that are now too big = GIANT HAPPINESS because it means I've lost weight!!! How, I have no idea because with all the over time I've been pulling at work, I haven't visited the gym in a month.

I actually really like it when my stuff hangs on my hips. It's comfy and it makes me feel skinny. Ah ha. Cutie cute look for sure!
I have a thing for skirts with pockets as well. And you're right... it's odd that no one really makes a big deal when pants have pockets. Ironically I think I don't even use pants pockets, but I'm more inclined to put my hands in skirt ones. Oh well... love the one you have and the stripey top is perfect with it! Also love the color of the cardigan!
