Lust of the Week: Michael Kors Tonne Leather Hobo

When it come to handbags, it seems despite myself that I have quite an addiction to Michael Kors. I own two of them and there is rarely a MK bag that I don't like. What is it about Michael Kors bags that make me quiver? I think it's their clean, classic lines and wearable colours that first catch my eye. Then it's the impeccable construction and luxurious materials that make my heart beat faster. And the final thing that makes me fall in love? That actually attainable price point! Usually, most Michael Kors bags can be found for under $1000, unlike so many other designer brands. If you wanted a hobo like this from Dior, Chanel, or LV, you would be paying at least twice as much. I think the quality of a Michael Kors is certainly comparable and since he's not as well known a brand (at least in Vancouver), it gives you that extra exclusive factor you get when you're "in the know". Of course, I may just have ruined that exclusivity with this post, but let's not presume that many people read this blog!
