I think I'm going to add music video director to my list of dream jobs along with personal shopper, and professional blogger. Making music videos looks so fun, if the latest video from Cali girl, Katy Perry is any indication. Watching this video, there are a lot of things that make me love it, while simultaneously being seriously disturbed:
- Snoop Dogg, I remember when you were gangsta shit. What happened to the days when you WEREN'T wearing crazy pimp suits and cupcake tuxes?
- Is it just me, or was the Katy Perry whipped cream nipple sprays very reminiscent of Lady Gaga's fiery pointed bra?
- Those gummy bears and I should be friends
- Katy Perry has very large, er, cupcakes
- Katy Perry and I are the same age, making me feel unaccomplished
- I really really want to a candy themed photoshoot now complete with cupcake and cotton candy outfits

That would be a great job, unless I had to deal with too many prima donnas. That would suck the fun right out of it.
I guess Katy is doing pretty well for herself. But does she have a cool pair of lace bike shorts??? Well...probably, so that was a bad example. But life isn't about comparisons it's about doing things we love. You're doing great!
I guess we can call the video fun but I really think she could have done so much better with video. It did not scream California to me. I still like her, though.:D
