A Libra's Dilemma: tale of 2 watches

I don't care what the recent news hub-hub says. I am staying a Libra dammit. I do not suit a Virgo's characteristics at all. However one definitely bad thing about being a Libra is the unfortunate ability to see both sides of an argument overly well; this can make simple things, like making decisions quite difficult. Case in point, the two lovely timepieces below. Both are simple, luxurious watches designed with a faceted metal wristband and analog face. One is silver, one is gold. Both pieces offer endless reasons why they should be chosen. How does one ever decide?! Which do you prefer?

I really love the warm glow that gold imparts on the skin. Nothing says old-world class and luxury more than gold. The delicate hands are neatly offset by the 3 small inner faces, which add a charming visual interest to the watch.

Bulova, $203.66

This Bulova watch on the other hand, is as cool, as the Invicta is warm. Offering a more sophisticated, but no less luxurious, feel, this Bulova watch is set with diamonds and stainless steel. Silver is a more subtle look that doesn't quite call the same attention as gold, making it potentially more versatile. The diamonds are another big selling point on this watch, making it sparkle and shine in a way that the gold does not - but are diamonds all that matters?

Love the writing on this post. Opening with your "Virgo" personality is genius! I can see how your have trouble deciding between the two. They are both beautiful! Even for me, an aries-turned-pisces (and like you I am NOT changing my sign!), it'll be hard to choose. Good luck!

My vote is for the Invicta! It's hard to find a gold watch that suits your wrist in shape as well. If you've tried it on and you love it, then definitely get it.

I heard that we don't even have to worry about changing our signs - the new signs follow a different astrological chart than whatever it is we follow (Eastern or Western? Can't remember which it is that we follow).
I really like big, chunky, gold watches - my heart is set on this gorgeous Michael Kors one though! Both the watches you picked are absolutely beautiful - you have good taste, girl!

My vote goes to the Invicta! But I'm pretty biased towards gold jewellery (and slightly tacky things, haha) so take my vote with a grain of salt.

I like the warmth of the Invicta, which is strange because I've always worn silver watches. I may be waiting to growup before I get a gold watch.

I wonder why Pisces are not associated with a dual nature--we've got the two fish. I'm not sure what my new sign would be, but I'm sticking with the fishes.

I love a big gold watch but the Bulova does it for me b/c the face itself is a bit more subtle.

Re - Libra - yes you are!! and I'm definitely no Aries!

i say get a tag heuer or longines instead - better mechanical movements if you're into watches
