Lust of the Week...obtained: Longchamp Le Pliage
My latest acquisition. After much lusting and seeking of a Longchamp retailer in Vancouver, I finally found it and utterly randomly too! It was a sunny afternoon last week while on a lunchtime errand stroll to my sister's office that I glanced in a shop window and beheld rack upon rack of a rainbow of Le Pliages. Of course I had to stop, as the only other Longchamp retailer I'd heard of was Chapman's on S. Granville. This store, whose name seems to elude me now, carries much of the Longchamp line, from the classic le Pliage, to the traditional hard luggage sets, to higher-end leather goods. I opted for my choice, the navy Le Pliage in the perfect everyday tote size. For all you other Longchamp fans, this store is located on Hornby and Hastings. I'll meet you there.

Hello! I found your blog one day while randomly Googling for the RM Affair bag. I dig it (your site). :)
Anyway... I have the Pliage w/ the Eiffel Tower on it and I love it! It's sturdy, roomy, and cute. Such a great purchase.
It's great when a lust is fulfilled--and is meaningful and useful. Too often people want things just to have them and lose interest once they do. =)
longchamp is so great
in price and in design :)
Congrats on your new baby! I call all my bags babies! hahah Can't wait to see you wear it next time :)

It's called Betty Hemmings Leather goods. I spent a whole morning looking and calling retailers hoping to find one that carried Lingchamp on my way home or near my work on Friday. I calling Edward Chapman thinking The Granville location was the one downtown. I sent my boyfriend there (since he works downtown) on his lunch and he found Betty Hemmings while aimlessly wandering since he couldn't find the Chapman's. Their selection of colours blows Edward Chapman's out of the water. I want Navy so bad and Chapman doesn't have it... Was about to settle for black. But Betty Hemmings has almost every colour available. It's a 12 day exchange or store credit policy too!
I'm sure that's the same store you stumbled upon but by some chance it's not, at least your readers have another place to go to! =)
@Annie: Thx for the tip!
What a classic bag...you will have it FOREVER...I LOVE all the Kate Moss designs by them....they are pricey but SO beautiful and chic.
Enjoy!

Hey MizzJ,
Thanx soooo much for telling me about Betty Hemmings. I went there today and got my Pink Le Pliage. It's gorgeous. They have different collections too including the Kate Moss 4x4.
@Anon: awesome! I've been wearing mine everyday. They are amazing.
Love that you were able to snag a lust item!
