One of a Kind event recap

One balmy summer evening recently, I found myself on an exclusive evening boat cruise showcasing some of the unique fashions to be featured at this year's One of a Kind show, December 8-11.  This popular Vancouver craft show highlights local handcrafted clothes, accessories, toys, beauty products and more all in time for the busy Christmas season.  Last week, it was Christmas in July as myself and a boat load of others got a sneak peek at the show's wares.

Attendees snacked on delicious deli meats,  cheeses, cookie and wine courtesy of Dirty Apron, while playing bingo, mingling, and enjoying the evening sun.  Can you think of a better way to spend a weekday evening? Not me!

Love the post, Jordana! Especially that photo collage of some of the products and of course, the yummy food at the preview. I'm so glad that you were able to make it and had a great time. It's always lovely seeing you. Thanks again for coming! xo

i LOVE the one of a kind show! so many nifty and unique things to look at. there was a winter show and i scored free tix from a friend who had a booth there and it was awesome! i took leesh (blarkness chronicles) and we had a blast nibbling on foods and shopping. can't wait to go again this year.

ooh i love those pictures! i always feel weird taking photos of people's crafts, i feel like they're gonna say "NO PHOTOS" even though they never do. as a result, i never take any cool pictures like that.

looks like fun!
